why Only 1 year, sidekickers?

I am looking at buying 2 sidekicks one for me and my father, only thing I dont understand everyone says they are way better in quality then traditions and cva's cheapers models then how come they only sport 1 year warranty, were the cva's sport lifetime ones??I dont understand are they not standing behind what they make???I hear so much good about them I dont get it??

Welcome aboard y_not5, you will find that NEF is a very good quality gun. The customer service department is exceptional. The accuracy of the firearm is #1. I find my gun will shoot almost every type of bullet fairly well. I suggest going through some of the post of this form and you will be convinced and there is alot of knowlege on this form about the Sidekick or Huntsman.

thanks for the welcome, I am probably gonna get 2 sidekicks very soon anyone know where I can get a deal on 2 I may buy 3 if I can get a deal somewhere to save some coing for 3 new hunters that would be great..thanks

Check out this link, also, check out Gander Mountain.  I found out last week that they still have some of last years models in their system.  I have one coming in this week to my local store(Lakeville, MN) from a store in Pennsylvania.  Mine is a Huntsman and I am getting it for $100 on clearance.  Same as this year's model except the barrel is 24" and this year's model is a 26".  Huntsman is a better deal because it is on the SB1 shotgun frame and you can send it off for more shotgun barrels if you want.  If you are firmly decided on the Sidekick this link has the best price I have found.

Welcome! If you are looking for a 24" stainless steel model then I think this is the best deal out there at the moment. Also don't forget to order a couple packs of primer carriers, they are $10 cheaper than most other places.

I purchased a 26" blue Sidekick from Walmart,  in Battle Creek, MI for $142.00.
You have to order it from their special order catalog, if it is in stock, it arrives in 5 to 10 days.
The process is simple, go to the gun dept. tell them what you want, they check stock on the telephone and give you a special order number, go to  layaway and pay 50% down, they call and you pick it up from layaway.  

They list both Sidekick and Huntsman blue for $142.00 and stainless for $206.00
If you order a Huntsman, you have to complete the paperwork before you pick it up.
