Puma lever guns
« on: November 20, 2005, 03:20:14 PM »
I just bought and tried out a Puma Blue/Brass .357.  Wow, what a sweet rifle.  It is well balanced, accurate and has an out of the box action that rivals Winchester & Marlin rifles after they have had a smoothing job.

I am REALLY impressed with this rifle and plan to dump the other lever guns I own.  Winchester especially has a thing to learn about how to deliver a smooth action to the consumer.  The quality and workmanship, are terrible in comparison to the Puma products.

I have a Puma stainless and brass with octagon barrel in .357,...Sweeeeet looking,  shoots very accurate,  love it !!.
I wrote Legacy International asking them to bring out a 45-70 on the market and they replied that in the future they would be doing just that.
