this may seem stupid, but why did winchester ever stop producing the 94 xtr model? was there noone interested in the xtr model or were sales down for all of the line or just the xtr model? i've been lookin for a xtr model on auction sights and at gun shows for some time and can't seem to locate one...this tells me that they are desirable enough to bring back to the product line. maybe even a complete line of cartridges even in the big bore model...except i didn't like the higher combs in the big bore line, i'd just like to see them with walnut stocks, checkered, straight grips, hooded front sight . not interested ing scoping it since it would still be chambered in brush round or timber round........still would like to find one!
