RCBS rockchucker problem???

I was trying to put a shell holder in my RCBS press and it got stuck half way in. I tried other shell holders and they did the same. Then I found a wire spring/clip that came out of the groove at the top of the ram. I guess this piece broke but I can't find a parts diagram of the Rockchucker. How do I fix it?
