I have one..a .300 Whisper...they are T/C's custom shop..I like mine and it suits my purpose for owning one..I know alot of folks would rather own one from Bulberry or SSK..and I'm sure they are a nicer, most accurate barrel than one from Fox Ridge..mine shoots better than I am able to hold..

Bobg, If you read my post titled Range results as promised you might get something out of that...My barrel is a fox ridge T/C custom heavy...in 30-06...it only really likes one factory load ...but I like the barrel fine...I do want to try some of the bigname ones like Bulberry to compare but I wouldnt pull my scope off this one since it is all set up so I would have to buy the barrel , scope and TSOB 6 screw mount ...$$$$

I think for the money you really can't go wrong.  I have a 6mm Rem 24" on my Encore and it is a great shooter.  Not particular about factory loads either.  I just took a doe at 147 yards with a neck shot.  I'm happy and will probably order more barrels in the future.

Bullberry and SSK are nice, just too rich for my blood!
