Para Ord Opinions Please
« on: November 16, 2005, 05:21:31 PM »
I have purchased a Para Ord. 6.45 Carry LDA and a 7.45 LDA.  Both are single stacks and so far they have the sweetest trigger of any single or double action I have ever fired.
However, on another forum, they get nothing but bashed?  Does anyone out there have experience with recent models, specifically the LDA?
I would appreciate your feed back.
Thanks,
Dana

I too own the 6.45 Carry and love it.  Don't worry about the guns being bashed on another forum.  There is not a product made on this planet that has not been bashed on some internet forum!!  Opinions are like a certain stinky little spot on the human body (bears are said to have them too) and just about everybody has one!

I have a Para CCO and it’s a jam up pistol. I don’t see anything to complain about other than an $800.00 pistol having a plastic rear sight. If I were to do it all over and wanted a compact CCW weapon in 45acp I would buy this pistol again.

I like the ergonomics, visual appeal and all steel construction of the 1911 style guns and the DA trigger of these pistols are real nice. Nicer than any other DA trigger on the market I’ve felt.

Take Care,
Scott

I have handled and shot the P6-45LDA. Seems like a nice little pistol. The only thing I would change is the steel frame to alloy to reduce the weight.
