It really depends on the twist.  I still shoot a .54 cal round ball in my gpr.  works great out to 100 yards.  Very cheap and easy.

I think I will go with the Lee combo mould that is set up for a 490 ball and a 340gr R.E.A.L. bullet. This combo should give me an inexpensive way to develope a load for targets.  Might buy sabots and use pistol bullets too. I want to burn a couple cans of powder first.
