Shooting with the nuts again?

Yup;

Was at the range with John (JPH45) and Paul (hellacatcher) today. As usual, a lot of laughs and a lot of shooting.
I had to redeem myself today since last time when we went shooting I did not bring a Handi Rifle. Well today, that was all I DID bring.
And let me tell you this.... These guys were H&R shooters, as John said. Harrington and Remington.  :shock:   Both John and Paul were shooting Remingtons, as well as Handi Rifles. John had my old Model 7FS in 7mm-08. And Paul got a new toy, the new XR-100 in .223. Wow what a shooter.  :eek:
But before I get OT, Paul and John were shooting those 357 maxi's. Neither one of them are no slouch at 100yds. with that cartridge.
And John's 38-55 was making one ragged holes. Believe me, John can shoot a Handi.
I had a great time with these fellas. It just seems when we get together there is never enough time to talk and laugh and shoot.
We'll try and get another BS and shooting session around Feb.

JPH45, you've seen just a little of what we had at the PD shoot. Add some of the best ribs you ever ate,and lots and lots of shooting with 22 of us nuts and thats the P.D. shoot over again.You guy's are having so much fun,I think its time for the Okies and Texans to try a little wkend shooting together. We don't have very many PD's down here in the South East but we do have 'whistle pigs'.  Maybe the rebel crowd could get a chuck shoot together.   As far as BBQ goes, our southern version is hard to beat.
