I've been in Ohio, does that count?  Used to shoot pistol matches in Cincinnati at a 'two story' range there.

But seriously I plan to hunt coyotes this year for the first time.  I could use some help with calling techniques.  Mouth calls versus electronic, etc.

I have access to a great place to go (private property) but I'm not really sure how to proceed.  I will be using a .220 Swift or a .257 Roberts.

Yep!  I live about halfway between East Liverpool & Youngstown.  Lots of good hunting, but sure tough to find someone who is retired and has a wife who will let him go with me.  Been hunting alone a lot lately, but miss the camaraderie of a partner.

Not much action here from fellow Buckeyes.  I thought I thought I might find someone with similar hunting/fishing interests.

I live in Boone County,KY and maybe we can get together for a hunt or two.  Just got a new e-caller and have a Ohio license.  I'm hunting for deer up in the Lancaster area this year.

I also have a few places to hunt in KY.  Just yell.

Thanks for the replies, but I'm way over on the east side of the state.  Might be tough to get together.  Closest towns are Columbiana and East Palestine.  I'm about halway between those two and have 67 acres.

I keep hoping to find a hunting partner who is interested in hunting and fishing together as well as doing a little work with me to improve the hunting and fishing on my land.

I'm from just west of Bucyrus in Crawford county, but go to school in Nelsonville, so needless to say I drive all around the state.  I have a buddy that is from the Canton area, so when I go over to visit him in the next couple months we ought to find a place to meet up for coffee.  I've never gone coyote hunting, but one of the fellas in my guard unit is coming up to my place this weekend, and try and show me the ropes.

Morning guys,

I just noticed this thread, I am in Montgomery county, not much to shoot but tree rats where I live ;) But I think Kettering would get their panties in a wad if I did.
