The "El Presidente" and the Mozambique drills will certainly help with dexterity and gunhandling skills, those are hoary old drills I used a lot. Beyond that, practice, practice, practice, especially the reloading and presentation. I shot two matches a week, every week, for about 16 years, and that helped a lot, too, just getting used to the format and DOING it. Aside from that, volunteer at your club to help run matches, take the RO course, and watch experienced shooters very carefully. That will help, too. It really helps to have stiff competition, the work to beat them makes YOU better. I burned out, from that regimen, but had some mighty fine times, doing it.
