It wasn't mine, but it was taken by a friend Saturday on a LOW FENCED RANCH.    The monster scored 223/213 with 17 long points and 24 inch spread.   I am sure you will see it in some future magazines, although it wasn't entered into all the contests.
Any S. TX. hunters thinking the drought killed your horns (like me), think again!

Low fence.   Wild deer with great management.  Good fellow also!

WOW!

They may talk of a "New Order" in the  world, but what they have in mind is only a revival of the oldest and worst tyranny.   No liberty, no religion, no hope.   It is an unholy alliance of power and pelf to dominate and to enslave the human race.

way to beat those high-fence guys!  They'd probably been counting their money since they bought that deer last summer.

Two of the three were high fence products.

This contest has categories for low or high fenced.   That  compares apples to apples fairly.   This particular category is open to both.

I got my hackles up there for a moment.   :)    But I did think the use of the word "products" is close to the truth on the smaller places.
Speaking of pens, anyone seen Jack Brittingham's latest monster?    I just got a photo.  218?
