Three years in a row I have gone out the first day of the third week of our hunting season and taken a good buck off the same ridge on our place here in Montana.I have taken many good bucks but never in the same spot three years in a  row, how many of you have a favorite spot that pays off year after year?

Wow that one in the middle has one strange rack. Is that just a single tine or beam running straight out to the side with no points on it? that's what it looks like.

Yeah I've had a spot like that since '88 or so. Have taken a bunch of deer from it. I have a treestand there I call the "Original Stand" aka "Faye's Treehouse" cuz I gave it to my wife hoping she could get a deer from it. She didn't. From that stand or from climbing stands very near that tree I've taken deer nearly every year and at times several. One year I think it was five I got from that stand. It just always seems to pay off for me.

I had a spot like that for 8 years.  Then some guys moved in on it and so I moved on.  Never found another one like it since.

When I lived in Northwest AR. I had a stand located on the lip of a ravine
near the top of the mountain. I was a natural funnel + a fenceline above the ravine helped even more. I would take at least 1 Buck per year from that stand.
Where I hunt now, one of my stands produce for me at a minimum or 1
every other year.
