I have just recived a catalog from H&R and it lists the 500 S&W chambering, does anyone on here have one? I think it would be fun to have one , at first I wanted to get me the 45-70 bc but the 500 S&W sounds even better, it sure would be cool to be the only one on my block with one, to the guys and gals with one how does it shoot , recoil comparisons with other cals. and your favorite loads. thanks kjg

Yes, they're cool until the novelty wears off, then they show up in the classifieds for sale, there's one in there right now if ya want it.
