I'm new to the whole TC scene. Can anyone point me in the direction of suppliers for custom laminate grips and fore arms for contenders. I guess you would call them target grips and a wide forearm compatible with a bipod is what i'm looking for. Can ya'll help me?

Thanks for the links. I really like the Georgia Jims grips. I think the original Jim grip will do very nicely. About how wide would you get the target forearm made. I'm thinking around 3" wide. Does that sound about right?

I use the Denzel Roberts grips and love them. I have the recoil tamer model. He has a couple of different forend styles to choose from.

Wow! thanks for the pics. That's exactly what i want to do. But i want a 223 and a 22 match barrel. How wide is that forearm?

Forend is about 2 1/4" wide. He can do them as wide as you want but it will cost you extra to exceed 2 1/4" as it eats into the next blank. Check out the website for details and Jim's email address. He's always responded to my emails rather quickly. Easy to work with too. I had him cut my target forend back so that I could use it with 10" barrels - bottom of forend is even with muzzle.
