I have one almost like yours. They are great guns. They can handle light doves loads to heave goose loads. Shoot as good as the remingtons without the extra weight.

Know if these use a different 20ga frame or if the same frame is for both 12 and 20ga?

I have a CD 12 ga maxi-mag. I know it's not the same gun but the quality control is a bit lacking.  I sent mine off becasue of light strikes.  They sent it back within two weeks and included turkey chokes.  I'm sorry to say it still light strikes...no boom at times.  It's just two unreliable to take deer hunting as that was the reason for the purchase.  It cycles better than my rem 870 and is smooth.  I just wish they had stiffer springs for the hammer.  I wish I would have bought the Mossberg.  It's a bettter budget gun. My .002 :D

I got to handle one at Gander Mountain yesterday, and sadly was not impressed.  The action seemed pretty stiff, not sure if grease would help that or not.  In contrast, the Hatsan Escort shotguns, also made in Turkey, have felt surprisingly good, having what seems like a pretty positive lifter, a well sized slide release tab, and a relatively smooth action that feels like it would improve with grease.
