Does anyone know where you are supposed to park your vehicle when hunting on New York State Forest Land? I was checking out the Bush Hill State Forest in Farmersville today and I found a very good spot to hunt, but all of the roads that surround the Bush Hill State Forest have signs up that say " NO PARKING ON ANY ROADS IN THE TOWN OF FARMERSVILLE FROM NOVEMBER 1ST TILL APRIL 15TH" It could have been April 1st, But I am positive about the November 1st date. Also, the gates were open to access roads leading into the state forests, but there was so much snow that they were impassable!!!. Why did'nt they plow these access roads?
There is more fishing areas that have easy access , why doesn't the NYSDEC give hunters easy access too???
