will any other barrels fit this reciever

Welcome to Graybeards MWP. The reciever you have it probably an SB-1 receiver. These are only rated for shotgun-less the 10ga barrel, and muzzleloader barrels. Do a search on SB-1 and SB-2 frames and you will find all you need to know.

Welcome aboard!! :D  If it was built prior to 1987, H&R won't fit any barrels to it, you can contact them providing the serial number to ask em what barrels can be fitted, as Aaron stated, if it's an SB1 frame, only the shotgun and muzzleloader barrels can be fitted, cept for the 10ga.
