I had one for a short time in 30/30. Seemed to be O K but I have read that they will "set back" over time and the pivot holes will open up ( peening? ) and cause looseness. The one I had was fine but then I only ran 100 or so rounds through it. For the right price it might be O K as long as you shoot low powered rounds through it.
