Value of Dan Wesson Barrels
« on: November 30, 2005, 09:23:01 AM »
I have what I would consider a very good if almost like new condition 15" barrel with just some handling wear.   I have seen them at times go on ebay for outrageous amount, but was wondering if anyone could tell me what the resale value of a 15" blue .357 barrel was worth?

The last 15" barrel on ebay I saw go for more than I paid for my first Dan Wesson .357!

Thank you,
Darrell Brooks

Darrell,
The old saying goes nothing is worth any more than what somebody is willing to give you for it.  I think the prices you have seen on EBAY are a good indicator of what people are willing to give.  You just are not going to get a batter indicator than that.

I would like to have one, but I am not going to pay over $300 for one.  I have seen them go for more than that on EBAY.

I've seen them go for $515 on ebay, more than I paid for my pistol pack!

I guess eBay is the best place to try and unload it then, but I almost prefer trying to trade for other things I like.  May have to list it on here and see if I get any bites.

Thanks again,
Darrell

PS Love the Dan Wesson Forum!  Now I want a 44mag!
