What kind of Lube do you use to lubricate the gun action??
« on: January 07, 2006, 07:17:27 AM »
I cleaned all the factory goo of my gun and put in the oven and then applied Crisco all over the gun. Now my question is what type or brand of lubricant do you guys use to lube the gun action, all the little moving parts etc?

Thanks for you help

Break Free, also known as CLP, is the best lubricant there is for all firearms. It's available at most all gun shops. It spreads out an penetrates into areas that other oils don't....very desirable.

Crisco has a shelf life and over time will turn rancid and decompose.
