how do you keep brass separated?

So how do you keep your once fired separate from your twice fired from your 3 times fired.........

I guess if I bought a whole lot of one caliber at a time then it would be easier, but I don't have the cash for it.  As it stands I have 50 new Winchester, 20 2 fired Remington, 50 3 times fired Winchester, and 50 4 times fired Winchester.  Right now I am using the plastic utility boxes but can't be sure that the Winchesters haven't mixed.

I use zip lock bags.  Then write on them #1, #2. #3 etc...  I then put a slip of paper in each one with how many times that batch has been shot.

Ammo boxes in quanities of 100 rounds.  When the whole box has been fired, time to reload them.  I have several boxes of each caliber.  Each box is labeled by caliber and has the load data on a label on the lid.  When I load them, I cross out number on "times loaded" and re-write the next higher number.   This will also work in 50 round boxes.  If you keep them in quantities of 50 and 100 you are also keeping your primers and bullets in similar amounts.
