I ordered a new Timney for my 03-A3 and was wondering if the installation is easy or difficult? If any of you have done this...please reply..Thanks.

I didn't install it myself. The gunsmith said it was an easy job. The only thing he had to do was to rout out the trigger guard with a file.

The timmey is not a bad trigger. But if I had it to do again I think I would just have a smith stone down the two stage military trigger a little. The orginal trigger was pretty good to begin with and it was SO SIMPLE in design.

The Timmy is not a bad trigger at all. It just never came out quite as crisp a let off as the original military trigger. The original military trigger was a bit stiff and caused me to pull my shots to the right a little. Just my two cents...........Balto

I've done it.They come with a good set of instructions.You should be able to do the job.

Thanks for the vote of confidence...it will be a great improvement. The trigger should arrive any day now from Midway.
