Police state

By Chad Bouman

A police state is emerging in the United States of America. Federal, state and local law enforcement agencies are usurping their powers in order to justifiably abuse them. Anyone who dares to oppose them, or stand up to resist their authority, is being detained or even killed. They are using the Masonic philosophical analogy where the “end justifies the means” in a tyrannical rule of law “for their own good.” The Latin phrase “Ordo Ab Chao” is a Masonic theory to make order out of chaos. They cause the chaos and then bring forth a New World Order. It is a perfect example when you apply this to the events after 9/11. Trauma + Susceptibility = Manipulation using what is called a Systems Theory or Systems Analysis. The Hegelian Dialectic, for instance, is thesis vs. antithesis to form a synthesis as in Thesis (Freedom) + Antithesis (Homeland Security/Patriot Act) = Synthesis (Loss of rights and liberties.) We no longer have freedoms. It has been slowly evolving into the worse case scenario for a police state.
We were warned by our predecessors (founding fathers) that a Demcracy poses a threat upon our Republic and is always followed by a dictatorship. We now stand as an imperialist county hated by all nations for this same democracy that has swallowed our nation into a downward spiral where our leaders are now vexing upon the Middle East, and next, the world. The founding fathers also told us that a revolution was necessary whenever the existing government poses a threat against our Constitutional Republic. We are to oust the tyrannical rulers by whatever means possible to keep and protect ourselves from traitorous dictators. This is the sole pupose for the SECOND AMENDMENT and is defined in a paragraph of the Declaration of Independence. Do the words “shall not be infringed upon” mean anything to you? We have a God-given right to protect ourselves, our families and our nation as a people in self-defense, even against our own leaders. We can do this peaceably or end up in another civil war in USA.

Prepare to defend our nation from the criminals within our government or forever perish as a [divided] nation.

Well.  Now we know what's on his mind.

Is he right?

They may talk of a "New Order" in the  world, but what they have in mind is only a revival of the oldest and worst tyranny.   No liberty, no religion, no hope.   It is an unholy alliance of power and pelf to dominate and to enslave the human race.

<< A police state is emerging in the United States of America. >>

Where does he get "emerging"?  The US officially became a police state under the Klinton administration when permission of the state was required for the purchase of a firearm.

Requring police permission to obtain a weapon is the DEFINITION of a police state.

Actually, gun-permits are just the whisper which comes with the end of freedom. Freedom ended with the Civil War, since it ended the power of anyone to oppose the federal government; since then, it's only been a matter of time, as no government ever limits its own power voluntarily.

The police are only the expression of this, being the level at which government interacts with the citizen in an unchecked manner; you really can't appeal a police officer's decision on the street, even when they do something forbidden by law and the Constitution: if you do, they can arrest, torture (i.e. pepper-spray, nightsticks, tasers etc). or even shoot you-- even if you just demand to speak to a supervisor before complying.

As such, people have resigned themselves to putting up with police thugs who abuse them. I've even tried suing cops for abusive, unconstitutional and threatening treatment, only to be told by lawyers who say that anything less than an actual police beating or false arrest etc. is "too commonplace to be actionable."

However this is only POSSIBLE because of the desperate state we're in as far as Big Brother empowering his thugs to get away with murder.

However the right to bear arms, is far more important than having cops at ALL; when it comes to being safe from crime, I'd far rather have .357 than 911. Cops rarely STOP crimes, they just show up after the fact.
Therefore, the right to bear arms is absolute, since it's the only reasonably sure way to be able to protect yourself agianst violent crime; and under the doctrine of common law, qui destruit medium, destruit finem-- "whoever destroys the means, destroys the end;" hence, taking away the means to stop crime, destroys the right to be safe from such. As long as it's no threat to any innocent person, then the right to bear arms-- and this means CONCEALED HANDGUNS-- is absolute and inalienable.

As for criminals carrying guns? I've got a radical idea-- put the criminals in JAIL- -and KEEP them there!
But this won't happen-- because then it won't give the state the EXCUSE of "disarming citizens to stop crime--" as if some Bizarro-universe exists where CRIMINALS OBEY LAWS!
(Cue Laurel & Hardy music...)

Tyrants know full-well, that people will always choose tyranny over anarchy-- and so they do their best to PRESERVE anarchy by ENCOURAGING crime! This causes people to trade liberty for security-- and ending up with neither, as they give up their guns under the bizarro premise that criminals will do the same.
(Not that criminals even NEED guns-- gangs with LEGAL box-cutters, base-ball bats and other makeshift weapons can easily take out any unarmed citizen).
