just got a NEF Handi in 223 Rem has full bull barrel just wondering what every one is getting best accuracy with factory ammo and reloads (i have access to a dillon 550 loader and dies but dont have my own "yet") best bullet weight powder ect.................. thanks

Welcome aboard!!

Best factory load is the gold standard, Win whitebox 45gr JHP, inexpensive and moa or better in most .223s. Be sure to read the stickys, specially the cleaning and lapping sticky, it can save you a lot of time and effort. :wink:

I got the 223 bull barrel and just love it.

My pet load is Win. 55 gr. PSP , Over 22 gr. of IMR 4895 and Fed. 205 small rifle primers , It also likes the 52 gr. Sierra HPBT Match Kings .

Shoots just over 1/2 inch at 100 yards .

Read the Sticky's , It will do wonders . And yes the gold standard is the Win. White Box ammo , Some like the lighter bullets some like the heaver ones .

It will tell you what it wants .

Yep should be a good shooter, I do reload for it and the win white box works real good in it to.

This is one of my reloads. It is a 50gr psp Midway dogtown over some bluedot. Its .498 ctc five shot group. I had a steady cross wind the day I shot that group. I had one group that would have been a lot better except I got hit with a big gust of wind as I pulled the trigger.
