Can some one tell me what the twist is in the .45 cal t/c cherokee?  Thank You

Those were slow twist,,the Seneca and Cherokee in .45. Still using the 1:60 0r 1:66 twist in .45 for ball. Prior too and during the period after the fire,,,,,, The machine that made those barrels was destroyed. And they never re-tooled too make those barrels again.
 Uuhhm,, it's easy enough to tell if it's 1-60"s twist,or,,,,1-48" twist,,really,,,,all it takes is the same as any gun for twist. a "cleaning" patch  and a tape measure :D

The Cherokee was made with three different caliber barrels...13/16" x 24" long:

.32cal is 1:30" twist
.36cal is 1:48" twist
.45cal is 1:48" twist
"Flintlocks.......The Real Deal"
(Claims that 1:48" twists won't shoot PRBs accurately are old wives tales!!)
