Eh, I figured it out.  1:20 or 1:38 depending on the barrel.  Google is your friend.

The book I have says it is a 1 in 28" twist.

Right...two different twists were offered

(Claims that 1:48" twists won't shoot PRBs accurately are old wives tales!!)
