Canoe recomendations???
« on: November 20, 2005, 08:54:50 AM »
I'm looking for a canoe to hunt with.  I'd like to be able to float/paddle downstream and then motor back up stream with a 2 HP motor.  Just wondering if anyone has experience with any of these canoes and what you think of them.

I had a 14' radison cano.  Great canoes for hunting out of very stable and foam lined to stay nice and quiet.

i hunt from an old town 17'4" flat bottom. so stable that i put a camo net up and hunt from it like a floating blind. all sizes 16', 14', and i think a 12'. good luck!! i like floating and jumping 'em better than callin' 'em in!!!!
I've got to many but never enough!!!!

In the open sea I used a camoflaged FolBot kayak but for the rivers and lakes I always built my own kayaks. Here is the last one I used.
