i found a guy who has a nice marlin 336 in 32win special for sale..the rifle looks in great condition from the pictures...i am going to look at it in person but from the pictures it looks to still have deep gloss wood stock and deep blueing! what would be a fair price for this so i know about how much to offer

not all that rare up here in good shape it should bring 250

Don't see that many around here and the prices seem to be higher than a 336 in 30.30 or .35 Remington. The few that I've seen around here have had asking prices of around $350, with the other 2 calibers bringing $250 for a good one, and $150 to $175 for a beater.

That sounds like a good find.......and my next lever will probably be a Marlin 336 in .32 winchester special. What's he asking for it?

he's asking 225.00 for it..i havn't seen it yet but i am going to go look at it and maybe try to get him down to 200.00 if i can see anything wrong with it..but if i can;t i will have 225.00 in my pocket
