Redhawk: Selling composite stock - forends!
« on: December 16, 2005, 01:16:49 PM »
Well Redhawk,
I think I've decided to just sell my composite stock, limbsaver, and forends for the shotgun and 209x50.  I ordered a complete set of walnut from Midsouth Shooters Supply, including a walnut thumbhole stock with limbsaver.
It appears that T/C is sending me another (new) composite rifle forend and Midsouth said I could either sell it or return it for a credit/refund.  Figure I'll just return it for credit since I plan on buying some 7mm-08 items (barrel, dies, etc.).
Guess I'll keep the recoil reducer, unless someone wants to purchase it with the stock.  Suppose I'll list it all on Ebay as a one package deal.  I think I'll enjoy the walnut better (hope so, quit wasting money, HA!HA!).

Try to sell it on the T/C classified here first.  :D

Redhawk,
I purchased the recoil reducer from Bass Pro Shops on the day after Thanksgiving for $47.00.  Were you just interested in the reducer alone or did that include the setup for the composite stock?
