Bengamin Legacy or Remington Genisis?
« on: November 16, 2005, 07:49:24 PM »
I've been looking for an air rifle to replace my Gamo Shadow 1000 (Gamos are pieces  :x  ) And I was wondering about the Benjamin Legacy and the Remington genesis, they both look like good guns, but I haven't been able to find much info on them except on the factory ads(And even Gamos sight makes their rifles sound good!!!!!) Anyways, some input(or suggestions of other rifles) would be appreciated.

          Thanks, Flyrodder.

Those two picks are not really an improvement over what you already have.  Better option in that price range is the RWS 94,  make a search and you'll find very good prices on this fine airgun.

For the money a better choice would be a RWS 34 or a Beeman R9 both are much better guns. also an excellent one if yopu find one for a decent price used is the BSA Supersport. But used only at over $300 the new ones are in my opinion overpriced. Hope this helps. Two good places to look for the best prices on new rifles are Midsouth shooter supplies and D&R sports.  Oh the RWS 94 in 177 is a good gun as well.
