Hello from Oregon
« on: December 08, 2005, 12:31:03 PM »
My name is Grant Cunningham, and I'm a gunsmith specializing in Colt and Dan Wesson double action revolvers. I'm probably most infamous for my slogan "the earth isn't flat, your gun should be either!", which tells you on what side of the auto vs. revolver argument I fall...

Happy to be here, and hope to contribute to meaningful discussions. I do have one question that I didn't see addressed: are home page URLs allowed in signature lines, or is that considered rude?

Thanks much!

Howdy Grant and welcome to the fire.  Most of my guns are round, but I have a question, How many actions can you put in one gun?????  I must be out dated or somethig, all of mine only have one that I can find?
All seriousness aside, you've found the best place on the web for hunters and shooters.  Welcome.  Looking forward to hearing from ya.

I forgot to address your last question, there is a place in your profile that you can enter your web url and it shows up at the bottom of your post with its own radio button

I believe if you click on the Profile button at the bottom of your post, then click on the "profile" tab, then on the left side click on web information and enter the url then submit

Yes I allow that. As long as you are making a contribution to the discussion you may have a link to your website so long as the content of that site is suitable for GBO Members and doesn't violate any of our rules as to content. You are not allowed to make posts just to call attention to the site but having the link in the singature or otherwise at the bottom of your posts is fine.
