I have just about given up on getting my Handi 44 to shoot right. I am looking into other options. I have a Ruger Deerfield which I like but the mag limits the length of the bullet that can be shot and the instructions say not to shoot cast bullets. What kind of accuracy do you get with Marlin 44s? Are their barrels made in same place as Handis? Do they shoot .429 bullets accurately? Will they handle 300-g bullets?
