Youth stock for Encore

I am sure this is not the first time this topic has been brought up in this forum, but if it has I have been unable to find where.  Does anyone know a source for a youth sized buttstock for the Encore?  Another thing that I was contemplating was actually cutting down a synethic stock.  Has anyone ever tried this?  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'd check with TC--they used to offer a "bantam" stock that was shorter.  Otherwise, check with www.gunstocksinc.com, their stocks come to you unfinished (sanding and coating needed), but they will cut the stock to your desired length of pull, and add a butt pad.

t/c has the youth stock.. when i first got my encore i was buying everything i could get my hands on and when i got my 12 gauge turkey barrel in realtree camo, i found a camo butstock on ebay well when it got to me it wouldnt fit the bolt was to long, after further exam. i saw that it was shorter than my other stocks i called t/c and they told me i had the youth stock, so i sold it and bought the regular butstock..
so to answer your ? they do have the youth stocks..
 i have only bought 3 things from ebay and every time i got screwed so beware if any of you trade on there !!! i dont anymore !!!
