I have an opportunity to buy a model 721 in 30-06 was wondering if anyone has any experience with the model 721 or 722? How is the quality, how is accuracy, how are they to shoot? Thanks for any replies, J-P

Great gun! I have my Grandfather's, it is a straight shooter and is better built than a recent 700 ADL that I purchased.

I had a 722 in .244 when I was a teenager. I left it behind when I moved west. It is a real plain jane type, but rugged and reliable. It killed a lot of deer and ground hogs, before it was stolen.
