I'll be using my handgun in dutchess county on whitetails this year and i am hoping to get the chance to use it on black bears in the catskills where a 400 + pound bear is very common. I'll be using grizzlys ammo its . 44 magnum with a 300 grain WFNGC at 1325 FPS (there numbers)in my ruger super blackhawk with a 10 1/2 " barrel. I was wondfering if anyone has tried there ammo or even a load similar to the one i will be using . My shots would be 30-50 yards and i figure this should be a great load but have never taken bears before and wanted to hear from someone who has . Thanks Tanoose
