Has anyone tried necking down the .416 Rigby to .358 without shorting the case? If so what is it called? Should blow the .358 Norma off the map? Lawdog

Isn't there a 350 Rigby already being made? I'm not sure. If you neck it to .338 it becomes the 338 Lapua magnum, essentially the same as the .338 RUM. But you're right, it would be a ripper!

Yes there is an existing .350 Rigby but it isn't based on the full length Rigby case. I was wondering about using the full length Rigby case and keep the shoulder angle. Just wondering if it has already been done.? Lawdog

What are ballistics of the 350 Rigby??? What cz could you use to rechamber for it??? If possible?
