NEF custom barrel in .44 Magnum?

Can anyone refer me to a gunsmith who will do a custom barrel on a NEF H&R handi rifle?  I desire a custom .44 Magnum barrel with a 20" twist rather than the 38" twist that is standard on them.   Any help will be appreciated.

Let me know!  I'd like a .444Marlin rechamber on a 1 in 20" twist! :)

This exceeds the cost benefits of the Handi-Rifles but what about having a smaller bore barrel rebored and chambered? Maybe a .357 Mag? Like I said probably more expensive than it is worth to you but if you want it bad enough... Sean
