No. 1 or 3 muzzleloader?

Has anyone built or know of a custom muzzleloader done up on one of Ruger's single shot actions?

I have a friend contemplating doing so on a No. 3 looking for suggestions.

Is he thinking of doing it on a #3?  I'm looking for a .375 #3

He and I each have .375 H&H No. 1's. He's looking for a low priced No. 3 with a shot-out bbl. or such as a donor for the project.
