I need to send mine in to Remington to have it rebarreled.  It is a .243 and was leaning to have them put a either a .260 or .308 tube on it.

Remington did produce a few .260's in '98.
It is NOT unethical to shoot at running deer. That's hunting!!

I HAVE 1, WITH EMBELLISHED RECEIVER.  SHOOTS REAL GOOD WITH 140 HORNADY BULLETS.  I THINK THIS 1 WAS MADE AFTER 98, BOUGHT IT FROM MY NEIGHBOR WITH A 3X9 LEO. FOR $ 400.00
