You can shoot any .22 lr ammo in the standard .22 lr barrel. There is some ammo you can or should not shoot in the TC .22 lr match barrel. This barrel has a "match" chamber which is a little tighter and the throat is shorter. You should not shoot any of the hyper velocity loads like the CCI stingers or any others that have a case longer than the standard .22 lr case. There are others that may not chamber in the tight match chamber but would be perfectly safe if it would chamber. The only one I know for sure that falls into this catagory is the now discontinued CCI SGB loads. That wide flat nose on them would not let them go deep enough into the chamber on the TC match barrel that I saw them tried in to allow the action to close. I hated to see those discontinued though, it was the best hunting load for my Remington 541. Someone else with more experence with the match chambering should be able to give you more info as to loads that won't or may not work.
