Hunting Partner Bailed Out
« on: October 04, 2003, 04:17:15 PM »
I was looking forward to some serious squirrel hunting this coming Columbus Day weekend with a brand new hunting partner of mine.  You see, my girlfriend is taking her hunter safety course this weekend and we were planning to go out for the first time for squrrels over the long weekend.  (College makes it difficult to get home sometimes.)  Unfortunately, she's having her wisdom teeth yanked next Friday and will probably be laid up most of the weekend, at least to the point where she won't feel like running all over God's country with me...Boy am I disappointed.  Guess I'll have to wait till Thanksgiving break now.

Sounds like most recreational activities will be out.

At least you got one that will get out there with you. Could be a good basis for a new generation of hunters.

IT WILL BE WELL WORTH THE WAIT. IM PROUD TO SAY THAT MY FAVORITE HUNTING PARTNER IS MY WIFE. FOR ABOUT TEN YEARS I HUNTED WITHOUT HER BUT FOR THE LAST FIVE OR SO I HAVE HUNTED WITH HER AND NOW I CONSISTENTLY GET OUT SHOT BUT ITS WELL WORTH IT.WE HAVE EVEN WENT AS FAR AS GETTING OURSELVES A NICE ENGLISH SETTER FOR OUR BIRD HUNTING ADVENTURES.
HOLLOWPOINT HUMILIATION.
