I think we can give you a definite "Probably".
Under the current rules, if it isn't a thumbhole and it 'looks like' a hunter, it's a hunter. (You do have to make weight, meet the scope height and bbl length requirements, etc, etc. but what you describe sounds like it's inside the regs.)
There may be some ? about the military style taper on the bbl. The rule requires that it be a 'hunting style' tapered bbl. At any of our local matches, you'd have no problem. I can't speak for other areas.
(The way it usually works is simple. If you start winning, the whiners come out of the cracks and complain about anything they can find on your gear. If you're just running with the pack having fun -- and there's no flagrant rule violation -- nobody cares...)
