(If the location word in the subject is censored, it is Bell-ing-ham... why would that be censored I wonder??)

Gonna be moving to that area in the next few months. Wondering what kind of shooting facilities, clubs, etc might be there. Also open to renting/buying a place.

Well, my wife's grandma's both retired up there, but it's too far for me to drive to any shoots. Have you asked the folks over on the SASS wire? Lots of northern Washington shooters over there. The furthest north I go to shoot is Littlerock, just south of Olympia, but there's other clubs and lots of active SASS members further north, especially in Renton. Call Jess Ducky at 425-271-9286 for Renton United CAS info. Ducky makes it to other clubs, too, and should be better able than me to get you pointed in the right direction.

There are clubs in Arlington and Custer, too. I think Custer might be closest, so here's a link for that.

Thanks for the reply and the information. I did actually post it on the SASS wire and got a couple of replies and some info about local clubs.

Maybe we'll cross paths at a shoot sometime.

A lot of those folks from up north come down to the shoots that I go to at Littlerock and Ariel. They've all been very good folks.

I'll keep an eye out for you at the shoots, and hope to bump into you. The only major shoot I'm going to this year is the state blackpowder championships in April. The night shoot should be something to see, maybe I'll get some pictures of it and post links over here.
