Needs some help with the extractor on my 1894C. I did the tune-up several months ago that included a reduced hammer spring and lever spring, smoothing and final polish and let me tell you this rifle action is sweet. The only rough spot in cycling the round is when the bolt pushes the round into the chamber and at the point that the extractor hooks onto the brass. I polished the extractor tip some but didnt seem to do much.
So any thought and recommendations on making the extractor work smoother would be greatly appreciated.
