I have shot them in my 357 mag rifle and they shoot very well out to 100 yards!
I use Lil Gun in the 357 mag case.
I hope you are asking about the 170 gr gold dot flat point, cause that is what I am talking about.
I shot a small 8pt buck a few years ago, at about 40 yards. In through the near ribcage and out through the off side shoulder.
I set up 4 1 gallon milk jugs at 100 yards and the bullet went through all four, I found petals in the second and third jug.
I also shot an 80 pound hog at about 15 yards with it. I dropped the hog in one shot and it never moved but I was not impressed with the performace, I won't be using them again for hogs.
Excellent performance. I find them very accruate out of my rifle and my contender in 35 Remington.
