The real difference is the Z5 only comes in blued. Last year they had the Williams Fire Sights and the Omega had the T/C click adjustable sights, looks like this year they will all (Omega & Z5) be Fire Sights as I see it on the racks at the stores. Most are scoped and don't care, but the click adjustable sights are really nice.

I could kick myself for not buying a Z5 at a local Wally World, $169 on clearance.  I am sure that won't be the last mistake I ever make.  So, check the Wally Worlds around you and you just might find a deal like that.

I have the Z5 thumbhole (also from Cabelas).  I do think there is a difference between the actions.  The Z5 does not have a small hole behind the trigger in which an allen screw is accessed to tighten.  This may be the reason that my action has dropped down while walking, allowing the primer to fall out.  How much of a problem this is or may prove to be, I do not know.

Sounds like a great deal.  Congratulations.  BTW, does yours have the small hole behind the trigger guard (may have a rubber plug in it)?
