Pinhoti Trail in NE Alabama

I hike different parts of the Pinhoti trail about every weekend and was just wondering if anyone here might hike or camp around here. The Talladega National Forest is a great place for getting out in the great outdoors .

Back when I still could I use to hike the Pinhoti often. I've spent many enjoyable hours on the trail mostly in the CWMA. We used to camp up there alot too but haven't in years. We camped most often at PineGlen and my brother in law still does regular. He also likes to camp near Sweet Water Lake and has recently bought a boat from me to get from the boat landing over to the pennisula to camp there.

We've camped in years past in about every legal camp ground there but it's been a lot of years since we were there. Matt the Webmaster here also likes to camp in CWMA but I don't know where all he camps.
