The Alaska Game Board passed the regulations yesterday to allow the sell of Brown and Black Bear hides with claws attatched. The hides must be taken in areas that have been designated for intensive preditor management. This was a result of the law suite brought about by Friends Of Animals to stop areial wolf hunting. The judge said that the Game Board needed to have other means of reducing preditors from taking too many Moose and Caribou.
