Both concerning the 94/22 and 22M.
I have one of each. Lucky huh? Especially when you consider I bought them both right after Winchester announced they quite making the lever.22's and paid 300 and 350 for them respectively and in near new shape to boot!
Anyway I haven't owned a lever .22 in quite a while and never one in .22 M.
That said I've done little shooting with either.
The .22 r.f. wears a fixed 4 X Weaver .22 scope and the .22 M a Burris a.g. scope but that won't stay as it's a lousy scope.
What kind of accuracy at what yardage can I expect from either?
I limit shooting small game with any .22 r.f. to 50 yards.
The .22 M to 150 yards maximum, and yes I know that's plenty far enough for a .22 M.
So far the . 22M is giving me about 3/4" to 1" at 50, haven't shot it further yet.
The .22 r.f. version is still under going testing to determine what ammo it likes.
What is reasonable accuracy for this pair of lever guns?
