handi rifle barrel

I have a handi rifle in 223 it has a heavy barrel.  I am currently looking to get a barrel rifled for 25 caliber and no chamber.  I know that New England makes a 25-06 barrel but they claim not to provide barrels like the way I want one.  Does anyone have an idea where they get their barrels if not made by themselves or where I can get such an animal?

I'm sorry...I don't know where you can get a un-chambered Handi barrel from..Green Mountain makes them..and they won't sell you one already set up..and NEF won't either..You'll have to have one rebored..or find someone to mate a barrel for you..Wayne York of Oregunsmithing will rechamber and rebore for you..it'll cost about $300 to do a conversion for ya..barrel...http://home.earthlink.net/%7Eoregunsmithing/index.html
